Refund Policy


At IPTV2K, we want to make sure that your purchase is perfect for you. Do not hesitate to get in touch with us if you have any technical or sales questions. We do, however, wish to make things right if you feel the service you bought is not the greatest fit for your needs and you tried to work things out with our support team.

We don’t provide refunds because we offer a 24-hour trial period. However, on occasion, and in situations that our financial staff carefully examines, we can approve a refund. Nevertheless, we’d love to know what went wrong or how we may do better.

If your request for a refund is granted, adhere to the procedures below to get a partial refund within three days of the date of purchase. If the three days have gone and you still have a problem, you can contact WhatsApp Support at any time or by email to have it resolved.

Once you requested a refund you can’t subscribe again to our service at any time in the future.

Follow the steps below to get your refund request sent to us :

  • To request a refund, use the Whatsapp Support feature.
  • Please take note that there will only be a partial reimbursement; the cost of the days used ($4.3 per day) will be subtracted.
  • Payment will be made using the same payment method as before.
